This is our most prestigious award which requires an extensive submission covering external form, internal design and function, the extent to which it meets the needs of users, and ease of operation. Top designers around Australia judge the entries. Each product can only be entered once.
The award was judged by a combination of comments by genuine buyers (who have to submit receipts) and also the awards site staff. Coolzy won three years in a row, beating brands like Pinguino, LG, Honeywell and Dimplex. After 2024, the awards team decided not to continue with the award “because there is a clear outright winner that cannot be beaten, even by the best international brands.”
