To ensure the refrigerants and compressor perform correctly, we strongly recommend leaving your unit standing upright for at least 12 hours before first attempting to operate it.

If your air conditioner was stored or transported on its side, contrary to handling instructions, this precaution is essential. We recommend you follow this precaution because it is not always possible to detect this kind of mishandling.

If the packaging is damaged, possibly due to incorrect handling of the goods in transit, please contact our office as soon as possible (see contact information below) during office hours, no later than 3 working days after delivery. If you can, please use a mobile phone to send a photograph of the goods as delivered to you.

Our engineers will provide guidance on how to check whether the goods are in a satisfactory condition for use. If necessary we will arrange for replacement goods to be sent you and for the damaged goods to be returned.
