East Coast Dispatch Delays

ANNOUNCEMENT

We’re experiencing a few dispatch delays due to COVID. Some of our warehouses have staff that have been told to self-isolate and thus the warehouses are operating with fewer team members. This means that parcels are still being dispatched, albeit at a slightly slower rate.

We are assured that the delays are temporary and our warehouses will be back to full steam shortly.
