Selection of the award winners is based on the following factors:

• Rating in the last 12 months (between 1 November 2020 to 31 October 2021)
• Review counts in the last 12 months (between 1 November 2020 to 31 October 2021)

From this nomination list, our team performs qualitative analyses and metric comparisons to gauge a sentiment score in determining a winner for a category. In cases where the sentiment score is very close we may award multiple listings within the category.

Australian government parameters for rating energy efficiency have not updated in some time. We have been advised that there is currently no way to accurately measure our unit’s performance in fair comparison with similar units as we have essentially created an entirely new industry category.

Recent advice from Energy Ratings is that legislation is next due for review and amendment in August 2020.

Most certainly not! At Coolzy.com we don’t sell evaporative coolers because:

1. They don’t work in humid conditions
2. They just make the room muggy and damp
