At Coolzy.com we strive to service our customers to the best of our ability however sometimes, problems arise that are beyond our control. One such problem in December 2021 is the current backlog of parcels within the courier system. Here are the most up to date announcements from our shipping partners:

TNT Express – They are still accepting our parcels and providing tracking information. Once a tracking number is supplied, the tracking progress is slow via their depots due to the current high volume caused by Christmas parcels, courier driver shortages and border closures (drivers don’t want to drive across the border from QLD to NSW etc for fear of not being able to return for Christmas. Toll Ipec – They are still accepting our parcels and providing tracking information. Once a tracking number is supplied, the tracking progress is slow via their depots due to the current high volume caused by Christmas parcels, courier driver shortages and border closures (drivers don’t want to drive across the border from QLD to NSW etc for fear of not being able to return for Christmas. We use TNT and Toll for most of our deliveries however, occasionally we use the following for regional deliveries:

Followmont – Experiencing delays due to driver shortages.
